All Studio Shed Small Kits are sold as DIY flat-packed structures. Kits come standard with pre-cut unpainted Collins Block siding complete with metal reveals and exposed fasteners. They include one set of Cloudlight™ windows, french utility door and all necessary hardware and trim. Lumber and metal is panelized or pre-cut for simple installation and requires a minimum of tools. Ordering is as simple as choosing your size here, and completing the contact information below. All small kits ship within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Studio Shed's modular building system can be configured up to 16x40 and larger custom sizes are also available. Due to differing geographical building requirements, all structures larger than 12x28 are done on a quoted basis. Please use our "Request a Quote" page for detailed pricing in your area.
